Email Options

There are a few different options for your email:

1. Create new email addresses, such as john@yourdomain.com This email account resides on our server, and is completely separate from your other email accounts. You can access your email using a program like Outlook, Outlook Express, or Eudora, or from any web browser program using our webmail program.
2. We can forward email to your existing email account, such as john@yourdomain.com will get forwarded to your personal gmail.com email account.
3. We can put your existing email address on your website for people to contact you directly.

Details about our servers:

We have two servers for our clients' use (the primary server and the backup server). The primary server is quite powerful utilizing a dual-core AMD processor, 4gb RAM, RAID5 IDE hard-drives, and plenty of fast, high quality bandwidth provided by multiple redundant providers. The server is monitored by a team of techies 24/7, so that if there is any issue with the server, they will fix it anytime, day or night. This server is physically located in Dallas Texas.

The second server is our backup server. All website data is backed up to our backup server every night. That way, if there is any deleted or corrupted data on the primary server, we can usually retrieve the data from the backup server. The backup server is physically located in Phoenix Arizona.

We also utilize the services of a third-party independent server administrator who watches over our servers 24/7 and he is notified immediately by pager if any server problems occur. He even gets notified if our monitoring software thinks there may be any trouble with the servers, so that any potential issues can be resolved prior to them becoming a major problem.

While servers can have problems from time to time due to hardware failing or software issues, we do everything we can to be sure that your website is up and running as closely as possible 24/7/365.
